Pulsar International. (Pulsar) Iridium Certus Land plans use the Iridium Mobile Satellite Network. Satellite reception limitations and some exclusion zones apply. Visit https://www.pulsarbeyond.com/iridiumcoverage to view a coverage map. An Iridium Certus terminal is required to access the Pulsar Iridium Certus Land service. The LATAM Regional Land Mobile Plan is only available to Subscribers physically located in an eligible LATAM Country with a LATAM billing address. Please see the eligible LATAM countries in the table above. Pulsar reserves the right to update the list of eligible LATAM Countries with thirty (30) days prior Electronic Notice to Subscribers. Initial activation of a LATAM Subscriber on the LATAM Regional Land Mobile Plan must take place in a LATAM Country and the primary use of the LATAM Regional Land Mobile Plan must occur within one or more of the LATAM Countries. In the event any Subscriber(s) is/was/were activated on the LATAM Regional Land Mobile Plan outside of the LATAM Countries or Subscriber usage occurred outside of the LATAM Countries, Pulsar shall have the right to immediately: (i) migrate the violating Subscriber(s) from the LATAM Regional Land Mobile Plan to the then current 20MB Land Mobile Standard Plan or other comparable plan; (ii) invoice the Subscriber for any difference in MRC for LATAM Regional Land Mobile Plan compared to the 20MB Land Mobile Standard Plan for each month the LATAM Subscriber(s) violated the terms and conditions; (iii) terminate the LATAM Regional Land Mobile Plan immediately; or (iv) any combination of (i), (ii), and (iii). The plan has a 12 month minimum contract term. Suspension and change of plan are not allowed during the contract term. All calls are charged in 60 second increments unless otherwise stated. Any stated minute charges are to band 1 countries only (which includes the United States). Calls to higher bands may be at higher rates. Pulsar may apply call barring where fraudulent use is suspected, there is a breach of the Pulsar Incoming Calls Fair Use Policy or for credit control purposes. Data is charged in 1KB increments and minimum data session is 1KB. Prices are in USD excluding tax and are subject to change. Minimum cost for standard monthly plan is monthly access fee x contract term. You will receive a bill by email from Pulsar listing any payments you have made during the billing period, and a summary of your service usage to enable you to keep track of your overall service usage and monthly spend. You may receive a pro-rata access fee charge on your first Pulsar bill, calculated from the actual date of service connection to the date of your first bill. Itemized billed and unbilled service usage is available in the secure Selfcare website at www.pulsarbeyond.com/selfcare. An itemized bill listing all of your service usage events is available on request. You may elect to receive a paper bill by post for an additional fee.
