Pulsar International (Pulsar) Iridium Certus Maritime plans use the Iridium Mobile Satellite Network. Satellite reception limitations and some exclusion zones apply. Visit www.pulsarbeyondcom/iridiumcoverage to view a coverage map. An Iridium Certus terminal is required to access the Pulsar Iridium Certus Maritime service. A Maritime Mobile Security Identity (MMSI) must be provided upon provision of the service. All plans have a minimum contract term and change of plan is not allowed during the contract term. All calls are charged in 60 second increments unless otherwise stated. Any stated minute charges are to band 1 countries only (which includes the United States). Calls to higher bands may be at higher rates. Pulsar may apply call barring where fraudulent use is suspected, there is a breach of the Pulsar Incoming Calls Fair Use Policy or for credit control purposes. Data is charged in 1KB increments and the minimum data session is 5KB. A Dynamic Shared Group (DSG) allows pooling of the monthly data allowance to all services in the DSG on eligible plans. A DSG must consist of a minimum of five services. All services in a single DSG must be activated on the same single common plan AND a single Applicable Service Class. For clarity, a DSG may not consist of a mix of devices from both Iridium Certus® 100 and Iridium Certus® 200 Applicable Service Classes. A DSG supports primary connectivity for the fleet and cannot be used as VSAT companion plan. Services in a DSG inherit the attributes (data speed, usage allowance) of the plan the DSG is based on. A Grace Period of 3 months is provided to achieve the minimum 5 services for a DSG, thereafter the minimum monthly fee will be equivalent to 5 services in the DSG. DSG pooling will incur a 10% premium on monthly access fee and data overage. Prices are in USD excluding tax and are subject to change. Minimum cost for standard monthly plan is monthly access fee x contract term. Minimum cost for DSG plan is DSG monthly access fee per service x number of services x contract term. You will receive a bill by email from Pulsar listing any payments you have made during the billing period, and a summary of your service usage to enable you to keep track of your overall service usage and monthly spend. You may receive a pro-rata access fee charge on your first Pulsar bill, calculated from the actual date of service connection to the date of your first bill. Itemized billed and unbilled service usage is available in the secure Selfcare website at www.pularbeyond.com/selfcare. An itemized bill listing all of your service usage events is available on request. You may elect to receive a paper bill by post for an additional fee. Pulsar plans are available to credit approved customers only.
